Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1/10/2023 Introduction: This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for canceling and rescheduling appointments within ZenCare Express. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to provide flexibility while ensuring a fair and consistent approach. Cancellation and Rescheduling Window: 2.1 Clients/Participants have the right to cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 1 hour before the scheduled time. 2.2 To cancel or reschedule, individuals are required to notify ZenCare Express via client portal or email at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment. Fees and Charges: 3.1 Cancellations and rescheduling within the specified 1-hour window will not incur any additional fees. 3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment may be subject to applicable fees or charges, which will be communicated to the client/participant. Refunds: 4.1 For services or events that require upfront payments, refunds for cancellations made within the 1-hour window will be processed promptly. 4.2 Refunds may not be applicable for cancellations or rescheduling made less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment, as determined by ZenCare Express. Exceptions: 5.1 Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account extenuating circumstances. 5.2 ZenCare Express reserves the right to modify or waive the cancellation and rescheduling policy under special circumstances. Communication: 6.1 ZenCare Express will communicate this policy to clients/participants through various channels, including but not limited to the official website, emails, and other relevant documentation. 6.2 It is the responsibility of clients/participants to familiarize themselves with this policy. Review and Amendments: 7.1 This policy will be reviewed periodically and may be subject to amendments. 7.2 Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients/participants in a timely manner. By participating in ZenCare Express's services or events, clients/participants acknowledge and agree to comply with this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy within the specified 1-hour window.
